The Financial Administrator is primarily responsible for the daily collection, reporting, and depositing of monies collected from fines. Additionally, the Financial Administrator is primarily responsible for the generation and distribution of monthly reports of the Magistrate Court. The Financial Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate records related to the annual budget and for keeping the Chief Magistrate apprised of the status of that budget. The Financial Administrator is responsible for payments received, both by mail and over the web engine. The Financial Administrator must work within deadlines and in accordance with directives from the Chief Magistrate.
