The maintenance supervisor shall perform a variety of skilled maintenance work for Clarendon County buildings and grounds including: heating, ventilation, air conditioning, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work as well as routine maintenance and repairs under the direction of the Facilities Manager. The maintenance supervisor may, at times, supervise the entire department in the absence of the Facilities Manager. Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent supplemented by one to two years of general facilities and grounds maintenance experience; or any equiva­lent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities. Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
