Candidate Filing Extended Hours
S.C. Code Section 7-13-45 requires the SEC and county boards to “establish regular hours of not less than four hours a day during the final seventy-two hours of filing period.”
In order to comply with the law, the Clarendon County Voter Registration & Elections office will have the following work hours:
Sunday, March 27, 2016 12:00pm – 4:00pm
Monday, March 28, 2016 8:00am – 5:00pm
Tuesday, March 29, 2016 8:00am – 5:00pm
Wednesday, March 30, 2016 8:00am – 5:00pm (Filing closes at noon on this date)
