Boil Water Notice – Lake Marion Shores, Lizzie Creek Road, Hudson Road – July 31, 2024
Clarendon County Water and Sewer Department advises the residents of areas listed above, located in Clarendon County, to vigorously boil their water for at least one (1) full minute prior to drinking or cooking. Due to maintenance on the water system, water will not be available to these areas for a short period of time.
Repeal of Boil Water Advisory – Wyboo July 24, 2024
The Clarendon County Water and Sewer Department advises the residents served by the referenced water system that they no longer need to boil their water prior to drinking or cooking. Following disinfection and an intense flushing of the distribution system, bacteriological samples were collected from the drinking water system serving the area. The results of this sampling indicated that the system is now safe to use for drinking and cooking purposes.
